    Pricing and Availability

    Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

    Returns

    You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with it. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us and accompanied by the invoice. We will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount to you or give you an exchange if required. If you would rather have replacement goods, Bejeweled At Soul Ltd can arrange for delivery to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Bejeweled At Soul Ltd .

    We advise you to send your purchase back via a recorded post service and get a proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our shop.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on contact. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

    Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form.

    If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

    We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

    Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

    Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.

    Sales and Confirmation of Sale

    We send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed to confirm receipt of your order. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. Once you have received your confirmation email, we can’t change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address).     There is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted and the order confirmation email is not a guarantee of stock availability. On occasion the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will let you know as soon after the order has been placed as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item(s).

    Once we receive a full order confirmation and cleared payment, we aim to have your package posted within 24 hours, if your order is placed before 12noon your order will be posted the same day.

    You will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched via email.  As we use Royal Mail and An Post we cannot be held liable for delay or any loss caused by delays.  For more in depth information please refer to our Delivery section.

    Pre Order Sales

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability we aim to provide these items for dispatch from 1st February 2017 onwards.

    By purchasing ‘pre-order’ item(s) you are agreeing to receive your items from 1st February 2017 onwards with an aim delivery window of up to 6 weeks. Once item(s) are available you will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched/ready for collection via email. If a more accurate delivery date is acquired please do n0t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to provide an estimated delivery window in which you may receive your purchased item(s).

    Pre Order Returns
